Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

EDUVYX ("we", "us", "our") collects user data to customize your learning journey. This information is classified as follows:

  • Account Profile Data: Display name, email address, username, and profile pictures synchronized automatically upon user login via Google Firebase Authentication.
  • Billing & Purchase Logs: Payment transaction keys, order timestamps, and package selections. We do not store raw credit card details on our databases.
  • Workspace & Sandbox Activity: Code files saved inside the interactive editors, execution logs, lesson completion timestamps, and certificate hashes.
  • Technical Logs: IP address details, browser user-agent strings, session cookies, page response timings, and security events.

2. How We Use Information

We process collected information to deliver, improve, and secure our edtech services, conforming to applicable privacy laws:

  • Platform Delivery: Authenticating student sessions, compiling codes, processing lesson advancement checkpoints, and running sandbox containers.
  • AI & Skill Coaching: Customizing resume templates, evaluating mock interview simulation scores, and tailoring personalized course recommendations.
  • Platform Diagnostics: Tracking network latency, optimizing database lookups, and monitoring system downtime logs.
  • Plagiarism & Integrity: Reviewing workspace code submissions to prevent academic cheating and validating cryptographic certificates.

3. Payment Security

All financial transactions for course catalogs, bundles, and premium career suites are routed through certified, secure third-party payment gateways. We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets.

No raw card details, PINs, or net banking passwords are ever processed, received, or stored on our servers. All communications between our Platform and payment gateways are encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols. All sales are final unless eligible under our strict Refund Policy.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Cookies are small text files transferred to your computer to enrich your session experience. We utilize cookies to keep you logged in, save local configurations (like active editor theme choices), and cache local code drafts during temporary connectivity loss.

You have the option to accept or reject non-essential tracking cookies via your web browser settings. However, disabling session cookies will prevent Firebase Auth from validating your credentials, which will restrict access to all premium dashboards and learning workspaces.

5. Third-party Integrations

EDUVYX does not sell, trade, or rent your personal identifiable information to marketing agencies or ad networks. To host the Platform, we share specific data inputs with trusted third-party infrastructure providers:

  • Firebase (Google Cloud): Handles database records, cloud functions, and security credentials.
  • Razorpay: Processes subscription ledger updates, billing transactions, and refunds.
  • Amazon Web Services / Cloudflare: Serves static media assets and caches code compilation targets.

All third-party partners are contractually bound to process data in compliance with standard safety encryption practices.

6. Data Storage & Protection

We implement comprehensive technical security measures to safeguard your personal data. All traffic passing between your browser and our servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) protocols. Firebase databases are protected by strict role-based access rules.

Our infrastructure resides on secure cloud networks with automated firewalls, vulnerability monitoring, and daily database backups. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. User Rights

Depending on your legal jurisdiction (including GDPR/CCPA guidelines), you are granted specific rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: Inspect what data we store and request a copy of your profiles.
  • Right to Rectify: Update incorrect information (such as correcting your certificate name spelling).
  • Right to Erase: Request permanent deletion of your Firebase login credentials and progress database files.
  • Right to Portability: Export your progress histories and certificate codes.

You can exercise these controls directly inside your account profile dashboard or by submitting a ticket to info@eduvyx.in.

8. Children's Privacy

EDUVYX does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If we learn that a child under 13 has registered an account without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete all stored credentials and database records from our systems.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please notify us immediately at info@eduvyx.in.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to adapt to new regulatory frameworks. We will notify you of changes by updating the policy date and posting a notice on the student dashboard.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page to stay informed of updates.
