Welcome to EDUVYX (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "User", "Student") and EDUVYX, regarding your access to and use of our website (https://eduvyx.in), web application, interactive learning sandboxes, course catalogs, and career suites.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform, and you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms.

The Service is intended solely for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years of age), you must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to register for an account and use the Platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you meet all eligibility requirements, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

To unlock courses, compile codes, run cloud sandbox containers, and claim certification badges, you must register a student account. Account synchronization and credential validations are securely managed via Google Firebase Authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (passwords, tokens) and for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@eduvyx.in of any unauthorized account activity.

You may not share your account access with third parties, bypass subscription checks, deploy scrapers to harvest course layouts, or run brute-force attacks on our evaluation API endpoints.

EDUVYX offers online courses across technical disciplines including AI Tools, GitHub workflows, Resume & LinkedIn mastery, and Game Development. Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, EDUVYX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access digital learning materials solely for your personal, non-commercial education.

Strict Redistribution Prohibition: You are expressly prohibited from downloading, recording, copying, translating, republishing, uploading to torrents, or sharing course videos, documents, or sandbox assets with third parties. Unauthorized redistribution constitutes a severe copyright infringement and will lead to immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

Upon successful completion of all catalog curriculum guidelines, quiz assessments, and code compilations within a course path, EDUVYX will issue a verified digital certificate of completion.

All certificates are digitally signed and recorded in our verification registry database under unique cryptographic hash codes. Attempting to bypass course lesson locks, forge completion metrics, or alter certificate details constitutes a material breach, and any such fraudulent credentials will be immediately invalidated and publicly blacklisted in our verification registry.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform, including all source codes, database models, dashboard themes, vector layouts, audio-visual courses, brand logos, and text materials are our proprietary property, owned or controlled by us, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade dress regulations.

You retain ownership of any code blocks or project assignments you author inside our sandbox editor. However, by submitting assignments, you grant EDUVYX a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to compile, host, evaluate, and test your code submissions solely for the purpose of grading, detecting plagiarism, and delivering analytical reports.

Certain services and premium features, including the Flagship Career Hub and starter course bundles, require financial transactions. We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. All payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways.

By submitting payment details, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment instrument and authorize us to charge the full purchase amount. All transactions are recorded inside our payments database.

Unless eligible under our Refund Policy, all payments for digital courses, bundles, and premium tools on EDUVYX are final.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your learning path. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis through the billing dashboard. To qualify for a refund consideration, you must submit a ticket to info@eduvyx.in within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase, and your tracked course completion progress across the purchased course must be less than 10%.

Exclusions from Refunds: Refunds will not be granted if the user has completed more than 10% of the course, downloaded course assets, claimed completion badges, shared account credentials, or attempted to bypass sandbox limits or code locks. Misuse of the Platform's digital assets automatically voids all refund eligibility.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:

• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers, networks, or APIs.
• Using automated crawlers, scrapers, or indexers to harvest course structures, videos, or layouts.
• Sharing account access credentials, Firebase tokens, or Razorpay purchase keys with third parties.
• Utilizing sandbox workspaces for cryptocurrency mining, hosting public production websites, deploying botnets, running automated trading scripts, or storing malware.

EDUVYX IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL EDUVYX, ITS DIRECTORS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES DOWNTIME LOSSES, REVENUE LOSSES, SYSTEM CRASHES, DATABASE DATA LOSSES, OR YOUR FAILURE TO SECURE EMPLOYMENT POST-GRADUATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Platform. We reserve the right, without notice or liability, to suspend or terminate your account and block access to the Platform (including course access and certificates) for any user who violates these Terms, violates academic integrity guidelines, or engages in copyright infringement.

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion inside your profile settings or by contacting info@eduvyx.in. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Kollam, Kerala, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
